Position Overview
We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to join our business development team remotely in Germany. This pivotal role will focus on promoting Massive Bio’s clinical trial enrollment services while building strong relationships with Hematologists and Oncologists. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Biotech or Pharma environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Development: Create a referral physician network of Hematologists and Oncologists to enhance clinical trial enrollment services.
- Outreach: Make outbound calls to Hematologists’ and Oncologists’ offices to raise awareness of Massive Bio’s offerings, followed by in-person visits for relationship building.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain updated records in CRM systems, ensure effective communication with physicians, and report results to internal leadership and team members.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and communicate feedback from physician offices to the sales, marketing, product development, and delivery operations teams.
- Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive working relationships with physicians to support ongoing collaboration.
- Market Analysis: Analyze the potential and status of the territory/market and prepare status reports.
Candidate Profile
- Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably within respected pharmaceutical companies.
- Network: An extensive network of Hematologists and Oncologists is essential.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to Hematologists’ and Oncologists’ offices using public transport or a personal vehicle (mileage or public transport costs will be reimbursed).
- Languages: Fluent in English and German.
- Familiarity: Knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare system is crucial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Location: Must be based and living in Germany.
