Job Description/Overview:
We are recruiting for Care Assistants, Support Workers, and Companionship visits in various locations across Edinburgh, Scotland. No prior experience is necessary, as full training and ongoing support are provided. We also encourage experienced Social Care and Healthcare Support Workers to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide care in accordance with individual care plans
Record and report relevant information related to the individual’s care
Listen and observe how individuals prefer their care and support to be delivered
Respond to service and delivery instructions from your supervisor or manager
Keep all information about service users and their families secure and confidential
Qualifications:
Caring, kind, and compassionate
No previous experience required; we hire based on character and values
Experience:
Experience in social care or healthcare is preferred but not required
Skills:
Compassionate and reliable
Willingness to learn and follow care instructions

Additional Information:
Up to £12.50 per hour + Holidays and Pension
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent positions available
Rota basis within hours 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm (every second weekend off)
PPE (Masks, Gloves, Aprons, Hand Sanitiser) provided for safety
