Job Description/Overview:
We are recruiting for Care Assistants, Support Workers, and Companionship visits in various locations across Edinburgh, Scotland. No experience is required, as full training and ongoing support are provided. We also encourage applications from experienced Social Care and Healthcare Support Workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide care according to individual needs and care plans
Record and report all relevant information relating to individuals
Observe and listen to how individuals prefer their care and report observations
Respond to instructions from your supervisor or manager
Maintain confidentiality of service users and their families
Qualifications:
Caring, kind, and compassionate
No previous experience required; we hire based on character and values
Experience:
Experience in social care or healthcare is preferred but not required
Skills:
Compassionate and reliable
Willingness to learn and follow care instructions

Full-time, Part-time, Permanent positions available
Flexible working pattern
Rota basis within hours 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm (every second weekend off)
