Business Development Representative (BDR) – UK

About the Role

360Learning is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our UK team. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in generating business opportunities by qualifying inbound leads and creating opportunities for UK Account Executives. You will utilize the latest Sales Development Techniques and tools to engage with prospects, identifying their pain points and presenting the 360Learning value proposition. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline while promoting collaborative learning in the market.

In this position, you will work closely with your coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales teams. You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing learning and coaching opportunities to help you succeed and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Within 1 Month:

  • Complete your onboarding and start as a BDR.
  • Master the pitch and qualification methodology.
  • Begin qualifying leads and creating opportunities for Account Executives.

Within 3 Months:

  • Fully master our tool stack and increase your activity.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to qualify SQL opportunities.
  • Learn to prioritize your inbound leads pipeline and forecast performance.
  • Fine-tune your qualification methods and proficiency in tools like SalesLoft, LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator, and Gong.

Within 6 Months:

  • Be fully ramped up on inbound methodologies.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance lead quality and generate creative lead generation ideas.
  • Research and implement best practices for engaging with leads.

Within 12 Months:

  • Become a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share knowledge across the organization.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 12 months of experience in a BDR or SDR role, hitting targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound sales.
  • Preferred, but not required: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to uncover customer needs.
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Enthusiasm for 360Learning’s Convexity Culture.
