Remote Personal Assistant

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week

Job Overview:

PrimeTalent, a growing company, is seeking an experienced Remote Personal Assistant. This role involves providing executive administrative support, coordinating appointments, managing communication, and preparing confidential reports and presentations. The position is remote, but candidates must be available to travel for business trips to the UAE and KSA.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide executive administrative support to senior management.
    • Coordinate appointments, meetings, calls, and emails.
    • Prepare accurate reports and presentations while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
