Job Description/Overview:
GMG Home Healthcare is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants (Caregivers) to provide essential care and support to our clients. Our ideal candidates are committed to maintaining a safe and allergy-sensitive environment while delivering high-quality personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow severe allergy safety protocols and guidelines.
Assist clients with daily living activities as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with health protocols.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (N95 or N99 masks) during all work shifts.
Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure comfort and well-being.
Qualifications:
Very Important:
Must not smoke, vape, or use marijuana due to severe allergies.
Willing to limit fragrances and be cautious of mould and chemical allergens.
Must not have pets with you at home (cats, dogs, or rabbits).
Ideal:
Committed to following allergy protocols carefully and consistently.
Necessity:
Shower and change clothes at the start of each work shift.
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary range: $45,000 – $55,000 (Employer estimate).
Flexible schedule options available.
Schedule Details:
Day shifts, holidays, on-call, and weekends as needed.
Work Location:
On the road; providing care in clients’ homes.
