Overview:
Culture First Recruitment is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation, with a passion for driving business growth through innovative strategies. If you’re a self-starter with expertise in optimizing sales funnels, managing content, and making data-driven decisions, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics and Data Interpretation:
- Use tools like Google Analytics to track, measure, and interpret marketing performance.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute strategies for email marketing, including drip campaigns, segmentation, and personalization.
- Manage and optimize email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
Sales Funnel Optimization:
- Build and optimize sales funnels using ClickFunnels to maximize conversions.
- Continuously test and refine funnel performance for optimal customer acquisition.
A/B Testing and Experimentation:
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize marketing strategies.
- Implement an experimentation framework to improve campaign performance.
Content Strategy:
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Optimize landing pages, user journeys, and calls-to-action to increase conversion rates.
- Use tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg to analyze user behavior and implement improvements.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, videographers, product marketers) to create cohesive content.
Budget Management:
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI across all marketing channels.
- Track and report on budget utilization.
Creative Direction:
- Oversee the creative process, ensuring brand consistency across marketing channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visuals, copy, and multimedia content.
Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:
- Identify and build partnerships to enhance brand visibility and growth.
- Develop alliances with influencers, industry leaders, and relevant stakeholders.
Customer Journey Mapping:
- Visualize and optimize the customer journey from lead acquisition to retention.
- Implement strategies to improve the customer experience.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Manage CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for effective data management and sales automation.
- Develop CRM strategies to nurture leads and drive customer loyalty.
Growth Hacking:
- Focus on rapid experimentation across marketing channels and product development.
- Identify and implement effective growth strategies for the business.
Data Privacy and Compliance:
- Ensure marketing activities comply with data privacy laws, such as GDPR.
- Stay updated on data protection regulations and their impact on marketing strategies.
Presentation Skills:
- Present marketing data, strategies, and results clearly to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and growth initiatives.
Community Building:
- Build and manage community groups on platforms like Facebook to foster brand loyalty.
- Develop strategies to encourage active participation in these communities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Strong experience with ClickFunnels for building and optimizing sales funnels.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO, copywriting, and social media management.
- Proficiency with advanced marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier).
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Experience working remotely and managing content projects and timelines.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and passionate about driving growth.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and growth hacking strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Understanding of data privacy laws and compliance.
Nice to Have:
- Experience building and managing Facebook community groups.
- Experience with YouTube ads and video marketing.
