LingoAce, a leading online learning platform, is seeking passionate and qualified Online ESL Tutors to join our global team. We specialize in creating a fun, engaging, and immersive learning environment for children aged 4-15, helping them learn Chinese, English, and Math. With students from over 100 countries, LingoAce has delivered over 11.1 million lessons worldwide!
Position Highlights:
- Class Types: One-to-one lessons
- Class Duration: 25-minute or 55-minute sessions
- Curriculum: Fully provided by LingoAce – no prep needed
- Platform: LingoAce Classroom
- Location: Fully remote
- Flexible Schedule: No minimum or maximum hour requirement
- Compensation: USD $14-$20 per hour, with additional bonuses and incentives
- Peak Hours (Beijing Time):
- Weekdays: 7 PM, 7:30 PM, 8 PM, 8:30 PM
- Weekends: 9 AM, 9:30 AM, 10 AM, 10:30 AM
Incentives and Bonuses:
- $150 Referral Bonus: For each successful teacher referred
- $30 Open Availability Bonus
- $20 First Class Completion Bonus
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with authorization to work in the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia
- Teaching Certification: TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree (completed)
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience in English is preferred
Note: As of April 1, 2022, we are not partnering with teachers residing in California, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or Illinois.
