Job Description/Overview:
Sweco is seeking two Construction Managers to oversee industrial, commercial, and office building projects. This role involves managing projects from the initial stages through to implementation and maintenance, ensuring quality and efficiency while representing the client’s interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead various construction projects as a project manager.
Collaborate closely with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure the successful execution and quality of construction projects.
Manage both new and renovation construction projects.
Prepare for future projects and support ongoing operations.
Qualifications:
Relevant education (DI or RI in construction).
Strong proficiency in French and English.
Experience in project management, construction management, or relevant areas.
Experience:
Project management experience in industrial, commercial, or office construction projects.
Experience as a construction manager or site supervisor is a significant advantage.
Skills:
Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
