Job Description/Overview:
HiLabs is looking for a Marketing Director to support core marketing operations and help grow market presence. The candidate will play a critical role in executing marketing campaigns, content development, and digital marketing strategies. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the company’s rapid growth in the healthcare AI and data science sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and lead generation.
Develop engaging content across social media, email, website, and more, while supporting thought leadership initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business development opportunities.
Manage digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, email marketing) to enhance visibility.
Lead social media strategies and event coordination (trade shows, webinars).
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
Analyse marketing metrics to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
9+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a direct marketing role.
Proven success in executing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, demand generation, and social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Healthcare, SaaS, or IT is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
The salary range is $90K – $146K per year, with the median at $115K.
