Job Description/Overview
Soelect Inc. is a rapidly growing clean technology startup based in Greensboro, NC. We specialize in developing advanced lithium metal composite anodes that enhance energy density, power, and safety while reducing manufacturing costs. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage our HR strategies, recruitment process, and employee relations to support the company’s overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
Address employee relations, including grievances and other issues.
Support the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
Oversee HR strategies, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Ensure a positive working environment.
Manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
Ensure legal compliance across all HR functions.
Qualifications
B.S. degree with at least 7 years of experience in human resources or a related field, preferably in industries or profit organizations.
Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM) is desirable.
Global mobility and immigration law experience is a plus.
Experience in large manufacturing environments is beneficial.
Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work extra hours when necessary.
Experience
Minimum of 7 years in human resources roles, with experience in recruitment and employee relations.

Experience in managing recruitment processes and handling employee relations.
