Job Description/Overview:

Trufla Technology is a multinational Canadian company leading a digital revolution in the insurance industry. We offer a complete suite of digital solutions for modern insurance brokerages. We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist with a deep understanding of Insurtech solutions to join our dynamic team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence in the MENA Region, Canada, and the USA.

 

Identify and engage prospective clients in the insurance industry to understand their technical needs.

 

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Insurtech solutions.

 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.

 

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

 

Stay informed about industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

 

Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiating terms to close deals.

 

Provide post-sales support and ongoing account management.

 

Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

 

Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).

 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or account management within the Insurtech or insurance industry.

 

In-depth knowledge of insurance operations and market dynamics in the MENA Region, Canada, and the USA.

 

Strong technical acumen with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.

 

Experience:

 

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating successful client relationships.

 

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Skills:

 

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 

Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively.

 

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
