Job Description/Overview:
The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing software solutions, collecting and documenting user requirements, and evaluating system designs’ performance and reliability. This role requires leading and coordinating teams in the development of integrated information systems and software control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and document user requirements
Develop software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs
Execute full lifecycle software development
Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
5 years or more
Skills:
Knowledge of computer and technology, including Jira, AWS, React Native, React.js, and SASS
Experience in insurance software development
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

Additional Information:
Permanent full-time employment with a salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 annually (to be negotiated)
