Job Description/Overview:
Choice Pizza Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support, managing office operations, and offering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will perform tasks such as coordinating events, overseeing payroll, and supervising other workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences.
Supervise and train other workers.
Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
Plan and implement recruitment strategies.
Schedule appointments and handle telephone and electronic inquiries.
Compile data, statistics, and manage office supplies inventory.
Oversee payroll administration and digital database maintenance.
Provide customer service and consult with clients after sales.
Plan and evaluate daily operations.
Qualifications:
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1-2 year program or equivalent experience.
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years of related experience.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities.
Ability to supervise 3-4 people.
