Job Description/Overview:
Brook Street is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to lead a team in delivering high-quality care for children and young adults. This role includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring care plans are implemented effectively, and supporting staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of support workers.
Coordinate care plans and ensure they are followed consistently.
Provide training and guidance to staff.
Handle crisis management and resolve challenging situations.
Monitor the quality of care and contribute to quality assurance.
Develop policies and represent the home at meetings.
Qualifications:
A proven track record in the care industry is essential.
Experience with children and young adults in a residential care setting.
Experience:
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a care environment.
