Job Description/Overview:
The Director of Sales and Marketing will develop and oversee marketing strategies, manage media relations, and direct sales activities. This hybrid role involves both in-person and remote work, contributing to positive environmental outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Analyse market research to inform business decisions.
– Direct marketing strategies and evaluate internet presence.
– Oversee website content creation and media relations.
– Hire, train, and manage staff.
– Plan and evaluate advertising campaigns.
– Act as the organisation’s spokesperson and manage communications.
– Maintain a digital database and consult with clients post-sale.
– Prepare reports, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
5 years or more in sales, marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
– Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
– Familiar with LinkedIn, MailChimp, and presentation software.
– Strong communication skills, client focus, and flexibility.
