Job Description/Overview:
Fawkes & Reece is supporting a rapidly growing house builder in the Northwest, seeking a Finishing Foreman/Assistant Site Manager with experience in residential builds and snagging to work on a large site. The role involves quality control and supervising workers to ensure homes are built to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and complete checks and snagging on homes.
Ensure quality control of materials and completed homes, including safety inspections.
Supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
Report to and assist site managers and build directors in overseeing the project.
Qualifications:
SMSTS certification.
CSCS card.
First Aid at Work certification.
Experience:
Strong experience in new residential builds is required.
Skills:
Attention to detail in snagging and inspections.
Leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration with site managers and teams.
