Job Description/Overview:
The NHS is seeking a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to provide high standards of individualised nursing care for patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while communicating professionally with patients, visitors, and colleagues. As an advocate for patients, you will also assess and recognize emergencies and provide advice and education to ensure patients are actively involved in their care and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide high-quality nursing care by assessing patient needs.
– Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively.
– Communicate professionally with patients, visitors, and team members.
– Act as an advocate for patients at all times.
– Assess and recognize emergency situations promptly.
– Educate patients, ensuring their involvement in care plans and recovery.
Salary: £47,167.00 to £55,578.00 per year
