Job description
Crawford Group is seeking a Video Producer to join our client’s team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years total of Agency or Studio experience, 2 of which were as a Producer. They must be fluent in video content development, planning, logistics, budgeting, licensing, usage negotiation and the production pipeline. Their portfolio should reflect their hands-on approach and dedication to collaboration. They should possess capabilities to Produce animation, live-action content, and immersive experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Take content ideas and build structure around them that leads to execution and delivery
- Own and manage timelines, ensuring stakeholders remain informed of changes to milestones
- Manage and produce multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously and autonomously
- Able to identify, mitigate and manage project risks
- Influence processes and propose new ways to work effectively
- Manage outside resources/vendors by building strong relationships and be commercially astute and skilled to negotiate the best quotes for projects
- Have experience with casting, talent management, usage and licensing
Qualifications
- Agency or Studio experience working on global brands with a portfolio of Produced work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Resilience to overcome obstacles in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal direction
- An eye for objectives, both for business stakeholders and the creative team
- Experience drafting and validating SOWs
- Ability to manage expectations with grace
- Solid understanding of the video production process, terminology, and best practices
- Fluency in media and social platforms
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Adobe CC
- Experience with editing is a plus
- Familiarity with PM tools like Asana is a plus
