Job Description/Overview:
Petro Canada is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage staff at their Orillia location. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate activities of staff.
– Hire and train new employees.
– Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising.
– Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
– Maintain organised inventory and store displays.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
– 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail environment.
Skills:
– Strong client focus, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
– Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines.
