Job Description/Overview:
Petro Canada is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise staff and coordinate activities of workers, including hiring and training.
– Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
– Resolve customer requests and complaints, manage supply shortages.
– Organise and maintain inventory and design exhibition settings as needed.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
– 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail supervisory role.
Skills:
– Client-focused with strong attention to detail.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Accurate and organised in tasks.
