Job Description/Overview
Avon Building Maintenance Ltd. is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role involves managing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. The successful candidate will handle various office tasks and ensure smooth operations at the physical location.
Key Responsibilities
– Determine and establish office procedures and routines
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Answer telephone calls and relay messages
– Compile data, statistics, and other information
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
– Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents
Qualifications
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
Experience
– Knowledge and experience with MS Office and electronic mail
Skills
– Strong organisational and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
