Job Description/Overview:  

MINI FRIENDS DAYCARE LTD is looking for an organised and efficient office administrator to oversee administrative activities and ensure smooth operations within the daycare facility.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

– Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.  

– Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.  

– Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.  

– Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.  

– Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

 

Qualifications:  

– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.  

– 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

 

Experience:  

– 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.

 

Skills:  

– Proficient in MS Word and MS Windows.  

– Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.  

– Highly organised and reliable, able to work under pressure.
