Job Description/Overview:
H & H Insulation Ltd. is seeking a skilled administrative secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
– Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
– Record and prepare minutes of meetings and conferences.
– Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
– Schedule and confirm appointments.
– Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
– Respond to electronic inquiries.
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
– Set up and maintain manual and computerised information filing systems.
– Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Qualifications:
– College/CEGEP diploma.
– 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
– Proficient in MS Office.
Experience:
– 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as an administrative secretary or in a related field.
Skills:
– Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
