Job Description/Overview
Montessori Minds Childcare Centre is a dynamic childcare centre committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. We pride ourselves on our supportive and professional team of early childhood educators. We are seeking Diploma-qualified educators to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
Key Responsibilities
– Plan and implement educational programs that promote children’s development and learning.
– Observe and document children’s progress and interests.
– Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children.
– Collaborate with fellow educators and families to meet each child’s individual needs.
– Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
Qualifications
– Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
– Current Working with Children Check.
– First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience
– Demonstrated experience in early childhood education and a strong understanding of early childhood development.
Skills
– Excellent communication skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
– Commitment to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment.
