Job Description/Overview:
Sheffield Hallam University seeks an Associate Lecturer in Real Estate to join their Business Management and People Division. The role involves delivering high-quality learning experiences to students, including teaching modules, designing learning activities and assessments, and potentially supervising dissertations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver lectures and tutorials to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
– Design and assess learning activities.
– Supervise student dissertations.
– Contribute to the development of real estate curriculum.
Qualifications:
– Strong technical skills in real estate, valuation, or real estate finance.
– Relevant industry experience or teaching background is desirable.
Experience:
– Experience in teaching or working in the real estate sector is advantageous but not required.
Skills:
– Ability to create and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
– Strong understanding of developments in the real estate sector.
