About the Role:
As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be the creative force behind our social media presence. You’ll create, schedule, and manage engaging content across our platforms, interact with our community, and track the performance of your work. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion, innovative content creation, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and propose innovative ideas that align with our brand identity.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and handle any issues that arise.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage the content calendar, handle influencer outreach, and schedule posts.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations and promotions.
- Brand Voice: Ensure the brand’s voice is consistent across all digital activities.
- Performance Tracking: Support the Social Media Lead in analyzing social media performance, preparing reports, and providing insights for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Lead and other team members to align content with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Photoshoot Participation: Be an active collaborator at photoshoots.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to create engaging content that resonates with audiences.
- Familiarity with social media trends and how to apply them creatively.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn about data-informed decision-making.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools and a desire to deepen this knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers online.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys brainstorming and working with others.
- Adaptable and capable of managing shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
