Job Description/Overview
Floorama Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to manage sales staff, maintain inventory, and handle customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Assign sales workers to duties
– Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
– Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
– Resolve issues including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
– Organise and maintain inventory
– Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Qualifications
– Secondary school graduation certificate
Experience
1 year to less than 2 years
Skills
– Strong leadership and organisational skills
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Effective problem-solving skills
