Job Description/Overview
Genuwine Cellars Inc. seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee and drive the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. This role involves developing strategic plans, managing marketing campaigns, and leading the sales team to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
– Manage and lead the sales team to achieve objectives
– Plan and oversee marketing campaigns and promotions
– Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed
– Maintain and build relationships with key clients and partners
– Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals
Qualifications
– Proven experience in sales and marketing management
Experience
– Significant experience in sales and marketing roles, ideally within a similar industry

– Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
