What Does a Guardian Do?
As a Guardian Physiotherapist, your role is to guide and support individuals in aged care, community settings, or disability services to reach their goals and improve their quality of life. Our team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Podiatrists, Dietitians, and Exercise Physiologists work together to deliver innovative and impactful care, both in-person and through Telehealth. No two days are the same, and you’ll have the chance to make a real impact with every individual you support.
Our team is driven by seeing incredible transformations, from 88-year-olds competing in weightlifting to non-ambulant patients walking unassisted. Through our award-winning programs and initiatives, we’ve seen incredible achievements and milestones that motivate us to keep going.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or APA-recognized equivalent.
- Full AHPRA registration (New Graduates welcome!).
- Current National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check (with NDIS Clearance).
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly.
- Creative thinker – the ability to develop programs and implement systems.
