Job Description
Farm workers at Wishbone Heritage Farms handle daily operations, including planting, harvesting, sorting, and packaging farm products like eggs, chicken, beef, and pork.
Key Responsibilities
- Care for livestock and manage crop fields.
- Perform farm equipment maintenance.
- Assist in packaging, sorting, and shipment of farm products.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; however, prior farming experience is advantageous.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience
Previous experience in a farming environment is preferred but not mandatory
