Job Description/Overview
The Saskatoon Inn & Conference Centre is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead and enhance the hotel’s sales and marketing efforts. This role will involve strategizing and executing plans to drive revenue and increase market presence.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
– Lead and manage the sales and marketing team
– Design and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities
– Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
– Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
– Oversee the creation of marketing materials and communications
Qualifications
– Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry
Experience
– Extensive experience in sales and marketing management
Skills
– Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
– Proficient in market analysis and campaign management
– Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
