Role:
eMagine Solutions is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our client’s team in Dubai. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall ambiance of the café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft a variety of coffee drinks and beverages to high standards.
- Operate coffee equipment efficiently and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Engage with customers to ensure a pleasant experience and address any inquiries.
- Manage inventory and handle payments accurately.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth café operations.
Requirements:
- Must be on your own visa (Spouse, Family, Golden, or Freelancer).
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Passion for coffee with a genuine interest in different coffee varieties and preparation techniques.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality beverage preparation and maintain cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to peak hours.
Salary:
- AED 4,000 to 15,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
