Job Description/Overview:
NowLit Solutions Corp. is seeking a dedicated IT Development Manager to oversee and manage IT projects, budgets, and staff operations. The ideal candidate will supervise IT personnel, coordinate new systems, and ensure daily operations run efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site position with health and other benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and technicians.
– Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
– Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
– Plan and control budgets and expenditures.
– Supervise and train IT staff, including analysts, engineers, and programmers.
– Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
– Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
– 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
– Expertise in managing IT projects, systems deployment, and personnel supervision.
Skills:
– Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
– Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
