Job Description/Overview:
NT Cash Carry is seeking a Sales Supervisor to manage sales operations, supervise staff, and maintain inventory. The role involves resolving customer issues, preparing sales reports, and overseeing merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assign sales workers to duties
– Authorise the return of merchandise
– Sell merchandise
– Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
– Resolve issues, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
– Organise and maintain inventory
– Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
– 1 to less than 7 months
Skills:
– Attention to detail
