Job Description/Overview
The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for assigning duties to sales workers, hiring and training staff, authorising merchandise returns, establishing work schedules, preparing sales and personnel reports, resolving customer issues, maintaining inventory, and supervising worker activities.
Key Responsibilities
– Assign sales workers to duties
– Hire and train staff or arrange training
– Authorise merchandise returns
– Establish work schedules
– Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel
– Resolve customer complaints and handle supply shortages
– Organise and maintain inventory
– Supervise and coordinate workers’ activities
Qualifications
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related role
Work Conditions
– Fast-paced environment
– Work under pressure
Position :Permanent, Full-time
Salary : $21.88 hourly / 40 hours per week
