Job Description/Overview
Carinity – Karinya is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team. This role involves providing comprehensive clinical care to elderly residents, supporting and training nursing staff, and contributing to the overall team leadership within a residential aged care setting.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver preventative, palliative, and rehabilitative clinical care in a holistic manner.
– Work independently and as part of a team to meet the clinical and personal needs of residents.
– Provide support and training to nursing staff and personal carers.
– Lead and inspire a team in the delivery of person-centred care.
Qualifications
– Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
– Minimum of two years recent experience as an RN.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Proven leadership abilities and a compassionate approach to elderly care.
Preferred Skills
– Experience in aged care.
– Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
