Job Description/Overview:
Soelect Inc., a fast-growing clean technology startup, seeks an HR Manager to oversee the recruitment and selection process, develop HR strategies, and manage employee relations. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with a focus on supporting business needs through effective human capital management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the recruitment and selection process.
– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
– Address employee grievances and manage relations.
– Support business needs by developing and motivating human capital.
– Oversee HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
– Maintain a positive working environment.
– Manage performance appraisal systems.
– Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
– B.S. degree with 7 years of HR experience in industries or profit organisations.
– Preferred experience in recruiting and employee relations.
– HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM) is desirable.
– Global mobility experience and knowledge of immigration law is a plus.
– Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
– Strong communication skills and ability to lead effectively.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle extra hours as needed.
Experience:
– 7 years of HR experience.
– Experience in a large manufacturing environment is preferred.
Skills:
– Effective communication and leadership skills.
– Ability to manage recruitment and employee relations.
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
What You’ll Get:
Salary: Up to $85,000 per year
