Job Description/Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are eager to advance your career, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
– Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
– Assist with product recommendations and purchases.
– Support the food program when necessary.
– Ensure store cleanliness and high standards of appearance.
– Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Qualifications:
– Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
– Sales associate or cashiering experience is beneficial.
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to think quickly.
Experience:
– Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Skills:
– Excellent communication and customer care skills.
– Ability to sell products and provide suggestions.
– A team player with problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements:
– Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
– Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead.
– Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
– Ability to bend at the waist and grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands.
