Job Description/Overview
Amorino UK, a leading premium gelato brand with over 250 stores across 20 countries, is looking for a Store Manager. Since its creation in 2002, Amorino has been known for using only natural products without flavour enhancers, artificial colouring, or flavouring, and crafting its gelato into roses. Key Responsibilities
– Lead by example and take a hands-on approach in all tasks
– Train, develop, and retain an excellent team
– Create an environment where team members feel motivated, supported, and proud
– Engage with customers on the shop floor to ensure they have a great experience
– Ensure customer service, cleanliness, food hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently maintained
– Lead and work with your team during peak times
– Monitor and control all financial aspects of the store
Qualifications
Essential
– 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or General Manager in a food retail brand or high-profile independent retailer
– Strong customer service experience with a managerial background
– A people person with a positive attitude, outgoing and enthusiastic
– Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
– Resilient problem solver with a proactive mindset
– Excellent communication skills and initiative
– Experience working in a fast-paced environment
