Job Description/Overview
Cenovo Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to manage administrative tasks that support the sales department. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills and a solid command of English.
Key Responsibilities
– Computerised sales orders and maintain accurate records
– Provide administrative support to the sales team
– Use Excel and Word for data entry and report generation
– Manage emails and correspondence through Outlook
– Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
– Assist in resolving customer queries and issues
Qualifications
Essential
– Proficiency in IT with a focus on computerised systems
– Strong command of English for effective communication
– Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
– Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
– Customer service orientation to professionally address inquiries
Experience
– Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
– General administration: 1 year (preferred)
