Job Description/Overview:
The Non-Technical Project Manager will manage administrative and project-related tasks, develop new procedures, and ensure efficiency in organisational processes. This role involves both in-person and remote work and requires experience in project management within cultural or non-profit sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
– Implement and review new administrative procedures
– Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
– Carry out administrative activities and prepare reports
– Perform data entry and train staff
– Monitor and evaluate project effectiveness
– Conduct research and provide advice on managerial methods
– Provide customer service and perform administrative tasks
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Arts Management
Experience:
5 years or more
Skills:
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and project management software
– Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and database software
– Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
