Job Description/Overview:
The Retail Store Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functionality, staff management, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
– Hire, train, and arrange for staff training
– Establish work schedules
– Prepare sales and personnel reports
– Resolve customer issues, complaints, and supply shortages
– Manage inventory and organise merchandise
– Oversee payroll administration and conduct performance reviews
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
Skills:
– Ability to supervise 3-4 people
– Excellent organisational skills
– Ability to handle fast-paced environments and tight deadlines
– Ability to distinguish between colours
