Job Description/Overview:
TOP CARZ LTD is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage daily office operations, including establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, handling communications, and maintaining filing systems. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
– Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
– Schedule and confirm appointments.
– Answer and relay telephone calls and messages.
– Respond to electronic inquiries.
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate service areas.
– Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
– 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
– Ability to multitask.
– Flexibility.
– Strong organizational skills.
