Job Description/Overview:
The Office Administrative Assistant will manage office tasks, supervise staff, and handle communication and scheduling. The role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and train other workers
– Establish office procedures and routines
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Answer telephone calls and electronic inquiries
– Compile data, statistics, and other information
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations
– Greet people and direct them to service areas
– Type and proofread documents and perform data entry
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
Skills:
– Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
– Ability to multitask with strong oral and written communication skills
– Attention to detail and organisational skills
