Job Description/Overview:
As a Sales Agent, you will join an energetic team responsible for acquiring new business and managing accounts. Your role involves maximising sales opportunities and building long-term business relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead generation and cold calling to identify new business opportunities.
– Manage CRM by updating client information and tracking expected close dates.
– Draft and send proposals to clients.
– Follow up on pipeline deals and push for closures.
– Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions and support.
– Research potential leads from various sources.
– Engage in face-to-face meetings with clients.
– Manage and maintain a database of prospective clients.
– Present information to potential clients and handle follow-up questions.
– Collaborate with the sales team in closing sales.
– Track and report on sales performance metrics.
– Close sales and guide clients through the process.
– Coordinate in-house events and performance-building activities.
– Build and maintain relationships with clients, speakers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
– Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
– Based in UAE with no visa sponsorship provided by the company.
– Own car and valid driving licence required for transportation within UAE.
– Dedicated computer/laptop, phone, and high-speed internet connection for remote work.
Experience:
– 3 years of sales experience.
– 3 years of experience in events management.
– Knowledge of the speakers bureau industry and corporate market.
Skills:
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships.
– Results-driven with strong negotiation skills.
– Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools.
– Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
