Job Description/Overview:

– Maintain professional etiquette to welcome visitors and guide them as per requirement.

– Assist staff members with crucial tasks related to scheduling, agendas, and meetings, ensuring fluent corporate functioning.

– Maintain fluent communication by conveying important messages arriving through phone calls to the respective staff member.

– Create a timely record of important meetings and agendas by maintaining the company calendar.

– Maintain effective communication with clients and visitors by supplying clear and concise details about the organisation.

– Handle responsibilities like printing, scanning, collating, etc., to facilitate team members with daily activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Welcome and guide visitors.

– Assist with scheduling and meeting management.

– Communicate messages and maintain records.

– Provide information to clients and visitors.

– Perform administrative tasks to support daily activities.

– Solid written and verbal communication skills.
