Job Description/Overview:
Liali Events, a premier event management company in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand presence, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the event management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
– Target new market segments to expand the client base.
– Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Manage brand image across digital, print, and event platforms.
– Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
– Oversee website management and content strategies.
– Collaborate with sales to drive client acquisition and retention.
– Develop marketing plans for events, including promotional activities.
– Manage the marketing budget for cost-effective campaigns.
– Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in event management or hospitality.
– Proven track record in successful marketing campaigns.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Experience:
– Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
Skills:
– Experience in the UAE market.
– Proficiency in Arabic.
