Overview:
Soelect Inc. is a fast-growing startup focused on developing technology to enhance energy density, power, and safety in lithium batteries. The company seeks an HR Manager to oversee HR strategies and manage the recruitment and selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage recruitment and selection processes.
– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
– Address employee relations issues and grievances.
– Support business needs through human capital development.
– Oversee performance appraisal systems.
– Ensure legal compliance in human resource management.
– Foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
– B.S. degree with at least 7 years of HR experience, preferably in profit organisations or industries.
– Experience in recruiting and employee relations preferred.
– HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM) is desirable.
– Global mobility experience with immigration law is a plus.
– Experience in a large manufacturing environment is advantageous.
– Strong communication skills and ability to lead at all levels.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
– Willingness to work extra hours when necessary.
Compensation:
– Salary: Up to $85,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.
– Full-time, on-site position (M-F, 40 hours/week).
