Job Description/Overview:
Cambridge English School, a well-resourced private English school in Hawally, Kuwait, is seeking dynamic and dedicated EYFS Teachers for Nursery and Reception classes. Located close to local beaches, extensive malls, and Kuwait City, the school offers an engaging environment for students from Nursery to A-Level. Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
– Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
– Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic and developmental success.
– Collaborate with colleagues and participate in continuing professional development (CPD).
– Maintain a safe, organised, and stimulating classroom environment.
Qualifications:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Experience teaching within the EYFS framework.
– Strong classroom management skills.
– Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
– Previous experience in teaching Nursery or Reception is preferred.
Skills:
– Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
– Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
– Effective communication skills with parents, colleagues, and students.
